THE BEST OF BEST ARE AGILE

IF WE ARE MENTALLY INACTIVE WE CAN PANIC WHEN THINGS DON'T GO TO PLAN
AT A TIME WHEN WE
NEED TO THINK THE MOST

WE RUN EVENTS THAT TRIGGER EVERYONE
TO BECOME MENTALLY ACTIVE

AT OUR EVENTS

We share a journey where the destination is known and the route unclear

AT OUR EVENTS

An agile coach will coach players to play using the relevant bite-sized actions. Bite-sized actions have a degree of unknown and can be stopped the second a previously unknown risk appears that is high enough to not merit the action carrying on. Players move towards their shared destination by build their own unplanned sequences of the planned bite-sized actions.

AT OUR EVENTS

It doesn't always work. Being agile and mentally active is about seeing success and failure as temporary. What matters is discovering what is next. To be energised by disruption. See opportunity in not knowing what is going to happen. To use failure to fuel a desire to take responsibility and rise to a challenge. To grow by discovering what they didn’t know they could do. To laugh as we always ask ourselves... what is next?
